A,E,I,O,and Truth Tables Reflect the Real and Possible World

思维是人类高级的精神活动,这在人们认识世界和实践活动中有着极其重要的作用,作为思维形式之一的判断是认识的高级形式之一,其中的直言判断的四种基本形式A、E、I、O概括整个现实世界甚至可能世界;对于现实世界或可能世界中的某一事物的真假性是唯一的,但如若增加了条件或其中的关系发生变化,这么多种情况如果仅仅用经验来判断是很困难甚至是不可能的,但真值表却可以将现实世界和可能世界可能发生的真假情况得到清晰的展示;但仅仅以A、E、I、O和真值表使整个现实和可能世界明晰地展现还不够,还需要一个“中介”,那就是自然语言。自然语言在判断和真值表的基础上为现实世界和可能世界得到充分反映做了必要的补充。

Thinking is a high-level spiritual activity of human beings,which plays an extremely impor⁃tant role in people's understanding of the world and practical activities.Judgment,as one of the forms of think⁃ing,is one of the high-level forms of cognition.For something in the real world or possible world is the only true sham,but if increased the conditions or the relationship changes,so many things if only judged by experi⁃ence is difficult or even impossible,but truth table can be in the real world and the possible world of true and false may happen to get clear display;But it is not enough to make the whole world of reality and possibility manifest clearly with A,E,I,O and truth tables.Based on the judgment and truth table,natural language pro⁃vides the necessary complement for the real world and the possible world to be fully reflected.
