摘要
针对多跨厂房内跨电焊烟吹吸式通风系统的优化设计,建立相应的物理模型和数学模型。通过正交模拟试验和多元预测回归分析建立了以捕集效率为目标函数,其主要影响因素为自变量通风预测模型。经对比,预测值与正交试验结果的平均误差为7%,正交试验分析得到的最优方案通风参数下,预测值与模拟值之间的误差为10.02%,验证了该预测模型的可靠性。
Aiming at the optimization design of push-pull ventilation system for welding smoke control in the inner span of multi-span workshop,the corresponding physical model and mathematical model are established.Based on the orthogonal simulation test and multiple regression analysis,a ventilation prediction model with independent variables as the main influencing factors was established,with the capture efficiency as the objective function.By comparison,the average error between the predicted value and the orthogonal test results is 7%.Under the optimal ventilation parameters obtained by orthogonal test analysis,the error between the predicted value and the simulation value is 10.02%.The reliability of the prediction model is verified.
