摘要
本项目为国家二星级绿色建筑,按照《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2019的标准进行设计,结合建筑实际使用特点,全专业从安全耐久、健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约、环境宜居五大方面确定绿色建筑采用的技术措施,并严格落实到施工图中,使建筑能实现真正意义的“绿色”做前期准备。
This project is a two-star national green building,which was designed according to GB/T50378-2019 Green Building Evaluation Standard.Combined with the actual use characteristics of the building,the technical measures for green building was determined from five aspects of safety and durability,health and comfort,convenience of life,resource conservation and environmental livability,and implemented strictly in the construction drawing,so that the building can realize the real meaning of“green”for preliminary preparation.
