品管圈在提高静脉血栓高危患者物理预防措施落实率中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Improving the Implementation Rate of Physical Preventive Measures in Patients with High Risk of Venous Thromboembolism

目的探讨品管圈在提高静脉血栓高危患者物理预防措施落实率中的应用效果。方法通过开展品管圈活动,对科室静脉血栓高危患者物理预防措施落实率低的原因进行分析,制定相应的整改措施,予以实施改进。结果实施品管圈活动后,静脉血栓高危患者物理预防措施落实率显著提高,由活动前的59.6%上升为89.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.65,P<0.0001),实施后护士血栓预防知识考试得分(82.21±1.76)分,与实施前得分(62.53±3.22)分相比差异有统计学意义(t=5.365,P<0.0001)。结论品管圈活动可有效提高静脉血栓高危患者物理预防措施落实率,对预防住院患者VTE(静脉血栓栓塞症)发生具有重要意义,并促进VTE防治管理工作的持续改进。同时,也有利于护士VTE防治知识的掌握和圈员综合能力的提升。

Objective To study the effects of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the implementation rate of physical preventive measures in patients with high risk of venous thromboembolism(VTE).Methods The causes of the low implementation rate of physical preventive measures in patients with high risk of venous thromboembolism in the department were explored,and the corresponding measures of improvement were provided through conducting QCC.Results After QCC was carried out,the implementation rate of physical preventive measures in patients with high risk of venous thromboembolism was significantly increased from 59.6%to 89.2%(χ2=28.65,P<0.0001),the scores of nurses in the test of thrombosis prevention knowledge after the activity were(82.21±1.76)points,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the scores before the activity(62.53±3.22)points(t=5.365,P<0.0001).Conclusion The application of QCC can effectively improve the implementation rate of physical preventive measures in patients with high risk of venous thromboembolism,which is of great significance to prevent the occurrence of venous thromboembolism in hospitalized patients and promote the continuous improvement of prevention and treatment management of venous thromboembolism.At the same time,it is also conducive for nurses to master the knowledge about the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism and improve their comprehensive ability.
