Hierarchical Pricing Mechanism Model of Medical Services in Public Hospitals on the Basis of the Cost

完善医疗服务价格形成机制是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要内容。文章分析了医疗服务价格运行现状,并以医务人员技术劳务价值成本为核心,考虑社会平均薪资水平、医疗服务项目的人力消耗及耗时、技术难度和风险程度等因素,初步确定医务人员的医疗服务成本。进一步通过主要利益相关方的价格谈判,确定项目的基准价格和波动幅度,形成医疗服务分级定价机制模型。

Improving the pricing mechanism for medical services is an important part of deepening the reform of the medical and health care system.Focusing on the value cost of medical personnel's technical services,the cost of medical services for medical personnel was determined by factors such as the average social wage,labor consumption,time consumption,technical difficulty and risk degree of medical service items.After price negotiation with major stakeholders,the benchmark price and fluctuation range of the item are determined to form the hierarchical pricing mechanism model of medical services.
