摘要
目的探讨考勤系统在手术室绩效管理中的设计及运用效果。方法从数据采集、软件设计、系统使用规则三个方面构建考勤系统,用于协助量化手术室护士的出勤时间和完成手术室绩效分配,并对使用考勤系统前后不同年份的手术室绩效考核数据进行比较。结果考勤系统使用后手术室绩效考核的客观性、准确性、公平性都得到明显提高。结论利用现有的考勤信息产品,客观真实地采集护士工作数据,量化考核手术室护士出勤时间,有利于调动护士的积极性,提高其工作质量,优化手术室管理水平,推动手术室工作顺利、高效、精准地进行。
Objective To investigate the design and application of the attendance system in performance management of operating rooms.Methods The attendance system was constructed from data collection,software designment and system usage regulations,which was used to quantify attendance time of operating room nurses and complete the performance distribution of the operating room.The performance evaluation data in the operating room were compared in those years before and after the adopting the system.Results The objectivity,accuracy and fairness of performance appraisal were obviously improved after using the attendance system.Conclusion The present attendance information products can objectively and authentically collect the work data of nurses,quantify the attendance time of operating nurses,actively mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,improve their work quality,optimize management of operating room and promote the smooth,efficient and accurate operation of the operating room.
