摘要
对照新标准、新要求,新闻宣传工作者的综合能力培养困境日益突出。文章对新闻宣传工作者多个培养机制从健全、完善、优化、建立等角度进行探索,并提出从量化评价、队伍建设、效果反馈等方面构成多元化培养机制。
In light of the new standards and requirements,the predicament of comprehensive ability training for journalists is becoming increasingly prominent.This article explored multiple training mechanisms for journalists from the perspectives of soundness,perfection,optimization,and establishment.It also proposed a quantitative training mechanism that includes quantitative evaluation,team building,and feedback.
