摘要
织构技术是改善压电陶瓷性能的方法之一。采用模板籽晶生长法制备了不同Nb含量的(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93Ba0.07Ti1-xNbxO3(NBBT-xNb,x=0,0.015,0.020,0.025,0.030)织构陶瓷,系统研究了Nb含量对铁电、介电及电致应变性能的影响。结果表明,采用模板籽晶生长法能够制备出物相纯净的NBBT-xNb织构陶瓷,且陶瓷的织构度随着Nb含量增加先降低后略有增加。室温下,在x=0时电致应变达到了0.249%,与非织构样品相比提高了60%~80%。在x=0.015时室温电致应变值达到了最高值0.325%,并且Nb的掺入显著提高了NBBT织构陶瓷的热稳定性。此外,首次在NBT基织构陶瓷中观测到了新的介电异常现象。这些研究结果将有助于NBT基陶瓷的进一步研究。
Texture technology is one of the methods to improve the properties of piezoelectric ceramics.(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93Ba0.07Ti1-xNbxO3(NBBT-xNb,x=0,0.015,0.020,0.025,0.030)textured ceramics with different Nb contents were prepared by template grain growth method.Their ferroelectric,dielectric properties and electric-field-induced strain(EFIS)were studied systematically.Textured NBBT-xNb ceramics with pure phase were obtained.The texture degree initially decreases and then increases slightly with the addition of Nb content.At room temperature,the EFIS of NBBT-xNb ceramics can reach up to 0.249%at x=0,which is 60%-80%higher than that in random ones.The maximum EFIS is^0.325%at room temperature at x=0.015.The thermal stability can be significantly improved as well.In addition,a new dielectric anomaly was firstly observed in the NBT based ceramics.These results will be helpful for future study of NBT based ceramics.
