长三角一体化中推进安徽制造业高质量发展探析——基于新发展理念的视角

Path Analysis on Promoting High-quality Development of Anhui Manufacturing Industry Under the Background of Integrated Region of Yangtze River Delta:From the Perspective of New Development Concept

长三角一体化背景下推进安徽制造业高质量发展具有重大意义,不仅有助于推动安徽企业转型升级,而且有助于带动其他产业同步发展,促进安徽经济的奋力崛起。文章基于新发展理念的视角,分析了当前在推进安徽制造业高质量发展的过程中面临的突出问题,集中体现在创新实力不强、协调发展不够、绿色转型不力、开放水平不高、共享范围不广。为此,应当把握长三角一体化发展的战略机遇,以创新发展驱动产业转型升级,以协调发展完善市场体制机制,以绿色发展提升产业生态效益,以开放发展增强产业竞争实力,以共享发展分享产业经营收益。

It is important to promote the high-quality development of Anhui’s manufacturing industry in the context of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, which not only helps promote the transformation and upgrading of Anhui’s enterprises,but also helps promote the simultaneous development of other industries and promote the Anhui economy’s vigorous rise.Based on the perspective of new development concept, this paper analyzes the outstanding problems which are faced by Anhui manufacturing industry. These problems are mainly reflected in many ways, such as lack of innovation strength, insufficient coordinated development, weak green transformation, low openness level and sharing scope not wide. Therefore, we should seize the strategic opportunities for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. Specifically, we should drive industrial transformation and upgrading with innovative development, improve the market system and mechanism with coordinated development, improve the ecological benefits of the industry with green development, enhance the competitiveness of the industry with open development and share with shared development industrial operating income.
