就业难已经成为我国现阶段人们普遍认可的问题,同时给大学生带来了压力是多方面的,学校除了培养学生学习专业知识和技能外,解决当代大学生就业的心理问题也成为就业过程中的重要环节。尽管国家教育部和学校逐年加大对大学生创新创业环节的投入,也为大学生提供了便利的条件,但是毕业生选择创业的比例还比较低,因此加强创新创业指导与实践在解决当代大学生就业心理问题中的作用已经显得尤为重要。

The difficulty of employment has become a widely accepted problem in our country at present.At the same time,it brings pressure to college students.In addition to training students to learn professional knowledge and skills,the school has also become an important link in the employment process to solve the psychological problems of contemporary college students'employment.Although the Ministry of Education and the schools have increased their investment in the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students year by year,it has also provided convenient conditions for college students,but the proportion of graduates choosing to start a business is still relatively low.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the guidance and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship in solving the psychological problems of contemporary college students'employment.
