摘要
伴随行业快速发展,酒店管理职业教育与行业人才供需矛盾日渐凸显。“现代学徒制”育人模式成为职业教育“供给侧改革”的有效途径。文章运用“结构方程模型”和“方差分析”等定量分析方法对酒店管理专业教育效果、毕业生职业素养和职业发展潜力进行梳理,同时对不同育人模式下的培养效果进行比对,结果显示:“职业发展潜力”“职业能力和素养”和“专业育人模式”呈高度正相关;现代学徒制育人模式的实行对学生职业素养和职业发展产生显著影响。
With the rapid development of the industry,the contradiction between the vocational education of hotel management and the supply and demand of talents in the industry becomes increasingly prominent."Modern apprenticeship"education mode has become an effective way of"supply-side reform"in vocational education.In this paper,quantitative analysis methods such as"SEM"and"ANOVA"are used to sort out the effect of hotel management education,professional quality of graduates and career development potential of graduates.At the same time,the effect of different educational mode of training is compared.The result shows:"Career potential","Professional competence and accomplishment"and"professional education"is highly positive correlation;"Modern apprenticeship"education mode has a significant impact on professional quality and career development of graduates.
