某转向外拉杆防尘罩设计仿真及性能研究

摘要 为提高某转向外拉杆防尘罩的使用可靠性,设计了一种新型结构的防尘罩。在SolidWorks中建立三维模型并将其导入Hypermesh中生成有限元模型,选用Mooney-Rivlin模型模拟橡胶的本构模型,利用拉力计提取球头销摆动载荷数据,模拟防尘罩从初始位置到工作极限位置的过程;将建立好的有限元模型导入Lsdyna中进行计算,得到防尘罩的应力分布图,实现对防尘罩从初始状态到工作极限位置的模拟。仿真结果表明,防尘罩的工作应力小于许用应力,强度满足使用要求。对设计生产出的防尘罩进行泥水耐久性能试验,试验结果表明,防尘罩性能满足产品要求。 In order to improve the operational reliability of the dust cover of a steering outer tie rod,a new structure of dust cover is designed.After establishing three-dimensional model in SolidWorks,we imported the model into Hypermesh to generate finite element model,selected Mooney-Rivlin model to simulate rubber constitutive model,and extracted ball pin swing load data by tensiometer.The process from initial position to working limit position of dust cover were simulated before importing the established finite element model into Lsdyna for calculation,and obtaining stress component of dust cover and the simulation effect from the initial state to the working limit position of the dust cover.The simulation results show that the working stress of the dust cover was less than the allowable stress,and the strength met the requirements.The muddy water durability test was carried out on the designed and produced dust cover.The test results showed that the dust cover performance met the requirements of the product.
