校企合作联盟应用型人才培养模式的优化与实践

Optimization and Practice of the Application-oriented Talents Training Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperation Alliance in Colleges and Universities

专业人才培养质量是提高本科教学质量的根本,企业实力的提升最终也有赖于专业人才水平的提高。民办高校校企合作联盟人才培养模式优化是以提高应用型人才培养质量为目标,以推进改革和实现校企优质资源共享为手段。大连医科大学中山学院公共事业管理专业依托学院医学教育雄厚的资源与办学经验,立足以服务医药卫生行业、适应老工业基地振兴与发展,通过与知名医药企业共同创建“校企合作联盟”并成功运营等一系列实践,优化了专业人才培养模式,建立“双主体”人才培养的长效机制,形成校企合作的利益共同体,真正实现学校、企业、学生的三方共赢。

The training quality of professional talents is the basis of improving the quality of undergraduate teaching,and the improvement of enterprise strength also depends on the improvement of professional talents.The optimization of the talents training mode of the school-enterprise cooperation alliance in private colleges and universities aims at improving the quality of application-oriented talents training,and takes the promotion of reform and the realization of high-quality resource sharing between schools and enterprises as the means.Relying on the abundant resources and school running experience of medical education of Dalian Medical University,the public service management major of Zhongshan college,based on serving the medical and health industry and adapting to the revitalization and development of the old industrial base,optimizes the professional talent training model through a series of practices,such as the joint creation and successful operation of“school enterprise cooperation alliance”with famous pharmaceutical enterprises such as GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca.The long-term mechanism of“double subject”talents training has been established,and the benefit community of school-enterprise cooperation has been formed,so as to realize tripartite win-win situation of school,enterprise and students.
