摘要
本研究以北京市两所幼儿园半日制托班为例,采用观察法、访谈法及文本分析法对半日制托班托育服务现状进行调查发现,半日制托班托育服务的有益经验包括注重生活活动与教育活动的融合,物质环境和精神环境的创设较为合理,教学活动动静交替、内容丰富、形式灵活,班级管理较为规范、重视家园合作,教师选聘重视师德、教师培训管理较规范、教师考核与评价体系合理等;半日制托班托育服务的不足包括教师对幼儿教养认识不足,环境创设不够低龄化,教学活动不够适宜,教师对家园合作的内涵理解不够深入,教师培训的针对性不足等.研究者据此提出相关建议.
Taking two kindergartens in Beijing as an example and using interview,participatory observation,and text analysis as resecarch methods,this study investigated the current situation of half-day nurseries.The results show that the current beneficial experience of half-day childcare services is mainly reflected in the focuscs on the integration of children's life activities and upbringing,reasonable design of materal and spiritual cnvironment,dynamic and static teaching activities,rich contents,flexible forms,standard class management,family-kindergarten cooperation,teachers’morality when recruiting new teachers,standard teacher training management,and reasonable teacher evaluation system;The deficiencies mainly are:teachers'knowledge about children education is inadequate,environment is not designed for younger children,teaching activities are not appropriate enough,understanding of family-kindergarten cooperation is not enough,teacher training is not well targeted.The authors provide some suggestions.
