摘要
本研究随机选取北京市134名2~3岁幼儿为研究对象,采用挫折情境实验考察其情绪调节策略的特点.结果发现,2~3岁幼儿已经表现出较为复杂的情绪调节策略,较多使用积极活动策略、分心策略和寻求帮助策略;不同年龄组幼儿在积极活动策略和寻求帮助策略上存在显著差异;2~3岁幼儿的情绪调节策略可概括为积极型、求助型和分心型3类.研究者据此提出建议.
Randomly taking 134 children aged 2-3 as research subject,and frustration situational experiment as research nethod,this study examined the characteristics of their emotional regulation strategies The results show that 2-3 year old chil-dren have complex emotional regulation strategies,uxsing more positive activities,action venting and seeking help;there are sig-nificant age differences in positive activities and seeking help;basically,emotional regulation strategies for children aged 2-3 in-clude 3 types:positive,help-seeking,and distracted.Suggestions are provided.
