幼儿园学习支持对教师专业学习内部动力的影响研究

A Study on the Impact of Kindergarten Learning Support on Teachers'Intrinsic Motivation for Professional Learning

以重庆市244名幼儿园教师为研究对象,探讨幼儿园学习支持对教师专业学习内部动力的影响,发现幼儿园教师专业学习内部动力处于中等偏上水平,但幼儿园学习支持水平还有待提高;教师专业学习内部动力与幼儿园学习支持呈显著正相关.建议幼儿园建设学习型教师组织,营造浓厚的学习氛围;为教师学习提供充足的场地和时间支持;根据教师学习需求统筹开展各类专业培训.

Taking 244 kindergarten teachers in Chongqing as research subject,this paper explores the impact of kindergarten learning support on teachers'intrinsic motivation for professional learming.The results show that teachers’intrinsic motivation for profesional learning is above medium level but kindergarten learning support needs to be improved;and teachers’intrinsic motivation for profesional learning has significant positive correlation with kindergarten learning support.It is suggested that kindergartens establish learning teacher organizations and create learning environment,provide suficient space and time suppor.and hold various types of training according to teachers’learning needs.
