美国发展农村贫困地区学前教育的经验与启示——以阿巴拉契亚地区为例

American Experiences in Developing Preschool Education in Poor Rural Areas and the Enlightenment:Taking Appalachia as an Example

摘要 阿巴拉契亚农村贫困地区发展学前教育的经验包括联邦政府建立基本资助机制,社区—大学—州联合构建儿童心理健康咨询模型,学术机构积极参与,自发性基层组织主动参与等.借鉴其经验,在发展农村贫困地区学前教育时,应当为农村贫困儿童家庭提供针对性的经济资助,扩大对农村贫困地区幼儿园教育资源的资助,建立以学术机构为中心的"地区式"农村学前教育研究网络,联合社区构建农村贫困地区学前教育发展共生机制. Appalachia experiences in developing preschool education in its poor rural areas include establishing basic federal government foundation,etablishing community-university-state advisory model for children mental health,academic institu-tions’active participation,and grass-roots organizations’active participation.Learn from its experience,in developing preschool education in poor rural arcas,financial support should be provided for those poor families with children.More financial support should be provided for expanding educational resources in those areas.Academic institution centered“regional”rural preschool education research network should be established.Symbiosis mechanism of developing preschool education in poor rural areas with community should be established.
