长距离高速测井通信系统设计

摘要 为避免很多测井系统需使用多芯电缆才能实现通信的问题,设计了一套基于直流电力线载波的长距离高速测井通信系统.该系统采用DSP微处理器,用500 kHz方波作载波,以2ASK调制方式调制,电路简单,性能良好,波特率高达57600 bps,只需使用单芯屏蔽电缆即可完成长距离的大数据量信号通信,非常适合对测井系统体积重量有限制,需要传输大量数据的测井场合. In order to avoid the problem that many logging systems need multi-core cables to realize communication,a long-distance and high-speed logging communication system based on DC power line carrier is designed.The system uses DSP Microprocessor and 2ASK modulation mode and it uses 500kHz square wave as carrier wave.The circuit is simple and the performance is good.The baud rate is as high as 57600bps.It only needs to use single core shielded cable to complete long-distance large data signal communication.It is very suitable for logging occasions where the volume weight of logging system is limited and a large amount of data needs to be transm itted.
