高温环境训练对不同水平运动员体内热休克蛋白72表达量的影响

摘要 研究目的:根据不同水平运动员在高温环境下训练体内热休克蛋白72(Hsp72)表达量的情况,为高温环境下运动训练避免高温过度应激提供理论依据。研究方法:随机选取男子摔跤运动员20名,按照运动水平分为普通组和高级别组,在高温环境(室温36.0℃±1.0℃)下进行四组摔跤对抗训练,每组8min,分上下半场,各4min;于训练前后抽取每名队员5ml静脉血,采用ELISA法检测血清热休克蛋白72表达量。研究结果:与高温训练前比较,高温训练后20名运动员血清热休克蛋白72表达量显著增加(P<0.05);其中高水平组训练后血清热休克蛋白72表达量显著增加(P<0.05);普通组训练前后血清热休克蛋白72表达量变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);高温训练后热休克蛋白72的表达量在高水平组与普通组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究结论:高温环境训练中,Hsp72表达量的升高可以使运动员保持一个比较稳定的训练状态,以应对高温环境的竞赛需求。 In this study,the expression of Heat shock protein 72(Hsp72)in athletes of different Athletic levels during high temperature training were compared to provide theoretical basis to avoiding excessive stress of high temperature training.Method:Twenty male wrestlers were randomly selected and divided into two groups(normal group and the high level group)according to their athletic level.In high temperature environment(room temperature 36.0±1.0℃),the athletes had four groups of wrestling training,8 minutes each group(two sessions in four minutes).5ml venous blood was collected from each athlete before and after training.The serum Hsp72 was detected by ELISA.Results:Serum Hsp72 of 20 athletes were significantly increased after high temperature training(P<0.05).Among them,the serum Hsp72 of the high-level group were?significantly increased after training(P<0.05),while the serum Hsp72 of the normal group showed no statistical significance before and after training(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in Hsp72 expression between the two groups after high temperature training.Conclusion:Training in high temperature environment,Hsp72 can enable athletes to relatively stable training state with better and faster adaption of the needs to the competition in the high temperature environment.
