负载纳米TiO2的弥散光纤降解高浓盐水中COD的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法制得SiO2及TiO2溶胶,采用提拉浸渍法在弥散光纤表面负载SiO2及TiO2的双层膜结构,考察反应温度、pH值、涂覆次数及初始COD浓度对单根光纤光催化降解高浓盐水中COD的影响。结果表明,当TiO2薄膜涂覆3次,反应温度为25℃,pH值7.0,高浓盐水初始COD浓度200 mg/L时,弥散光纤的侧面散射紫外光强能够激发TiO2发生光催化氧化反应,在HRT为24 h时,对高浓盐水中COD的降解效率高达81%。 SiO2 and TiO2 SOLS were obtained by sol-gel method,and the double membrane structures of SiO2 and TiO2 were loaded on the surface of diffuse fiber by tyla impregnation method.The results show that when the TiO2 film is coated three times,the reaction temperature is 25℃,the pH is 7.0,and the initial COD concentration of highly concentrated salt water is 200 mg/L,the side scattering UV intensity of the diffuse fiber can stimulate the photocatalytic oxidation of TiO2 reaction.The degradation effect of COD in high concentration salt water was obvious,and the maximum degradation efficiency was 81%when HRT was 24 h.
