离子色谱法测定聚磷酸中聚合态磷的含量

Determination of polyphosphate content in polyphosphoric acid by ion chromatography

开发出一种应用离子色谱法测定聚磷酸中聚合态磷含量的方法。方法选用Dionex ICS2000型离子色谱仪,IonPac AS19分析柱,阴离子抑制电导检测器。以氢氧化钠溶解样品,控制氢氧化钾淋洗液浓度50 mmol/L,流速1.0 mL/min对样品进行测定。结果显示,磷酸盐标准曲线在0~20μg/mL范围内线性良好,重复测定的相对标准偏差<2.00%(n=6),加标回收率在97.9%~102.4%。

An analytical method has been developed for determination of polyphosphate content in polyphosphoric acid.This method chooses Dionex ICS2000 ion chromatography,IonPac AS19 analytical column and ion suppressor conductivity detector.Using sodium hydroxide to dissolve sample,and then controlling the concentration of potassium hydroxide eluent as 50 mmol/L,the flow velocity as 1.0 mL/min to be determined.The results shows that phosphate has good linearity in the range of 0~20μg/mL.The relative standard deviations is below 2.00%(n=6)and the recovery rates are between 97.9%~102.4%.
