治疗糖尿病的人参皂苷制剂研究进展

Research Progress of Ginsenoside Formulations for Diabetes Mellitus

人参皂苷作为人参中的有效活性成分,不仅具有抗炎作用,还能减少糖异生,改善胰岛素抵抗,保护胰岛细胞。但人参皂苷单体存在水溶性差、口服吸收慢、消除快、血药浓度和生物利用度低等问题,因此如何克服其体内低溶解度,改善生物利用度,更好地发挥人参疗效应是未来人参皂苷制剂研究的重点。综述了人参皂苷新剂型的研究,以期为人参皂苷制剂的研究提供有力支持,并为糖尿病的治疗提供新思路。

Ginsenoside,as an effective ingredient of ginseng,not only has anti-inflammatory effect,but also can reduce gluconeogenesis,improve insulin resistance and protect islet cells.However,there are some problems in the treatment of ginsenoside such as poor water solubility,slow oral absorption,fast elimination,low blood concentration and low bioavailability.Therefore,how to overcome these problems should be the focus of future ginsenoside preparations so as to make better use of ginseng.This paper reviewed the researches on new ginsenoside formulations in order to provide strong support for the research on ginsenoside formulations and novel ideas for the treatment of diabetes mellitus.
