摘要
目的比较茅苍术、朝鲜苍术、关苍术、北苍术和白术对脾虚实证大鼠健脾作用的疗效异同。方法采用饮食不节、劳累过度合并苦寒泻下,并结合湿冷垫料的方法诱导大鼠造成偏于实证的脾虚湿困模型。分别灌胃关苍术、朝鲜苍术、茅苍术、北苍术和白术药粉混悬液,对与脾虚有关的消化系统、免疫系统以及水液代谢方面的指标进行检测,比较4种苍术和白术功效的异同。结果各给药组均能升高脾虚偏实证大鼠体内AMS、D-木糖、MTL、GAS、TRY、AQP3、AQP8和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶的含量,其中朝鲜苍术组大鼠除MTL和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶指标外,其余指标上升均具有显著性(P<0.05);北苍术组除MTL指标外,其余指标上升均具有显著性(P<0.05);白术组大鼠MTL、AQP3、AQP8和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶含量上升具有显著性(P<0.05);茅苍术组大鼠AMS、D-木糖、TRY和MTL含量上升具有显著性(P<0.05);关苍术组大鼠D-木糖和MTL含量上升具有显著性(P<0.05)。各给药组均能降低脾虚偏实证大鼠体内TNF-α、IL-6、IgG和SS的含量,其中北苍术组、朝鲜苍术和白术组的TNF-α、IL-6、IgG含量下降具有显著性(P<0.05);北苍术组和白术组的SS含量下降具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论4种不同来源的苍术和白术对偏于实证的脾虚大鼠均有一定的治疗作用,其中朝鲜苍术和北苍术的治疗效果最好。白术在消除消化道炎症方面效果最好。茅苍术和关苍术治疗效果没有其他三种"术"类好。
Objective To compare the effects of Maocangzhu(A.lancea.),Beicangzhu(A.Chinesis.),Chaoxian Cangzhu(A.coreana.),Guancangzhu(A.japonica.)and Baizhu(A.macrocephala)on spleen-strengthening in rats with spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods Models of spleen deficiency syndrome were built by the methods of dietary irregularity,over-fatigue,discharge fire with bitter-cold drugs combined with wet and cold sawdust.Rats were given powder suspension of Maocangzhu(A.lancea.),Beicangzhu(A.Chinesis.),Chaoxian Cangzhu(A.coreana.),Guancangzhu(A.japonica.)and Baizhu(A.macrocephala)via intragastric gavage.The indexes of digestive system,immune system and water metabolism related to spleen deficiency were detected to compare effects of four different sources of Cangzhu(Atractylodes Rhizome)and Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)on spleen deficiency.Results The contents of AMS,D-xylose,MTL,GAS,TRY,AQP3,AQP8 and Na^+-K^+-ATPase in rats with spleen deficiency syndrome increased in all administration groups.Except for MTL and Na^+-K^+-ATPase,the other indexes increased significantly in Chaoxian Cangzhu(A.coreana.)group(P<0.05).Except for MTL,the other indexes of Beicangzhu(A.Chinesis.)group increased significantly(P<0.05).The contents of AMS,AQP3,AQP8 and Na^+-K^+-ATPase increased significantly in Baizhu(A.macrocephala)group(P<0.05).The contents of AMS,AMS,D-xylose,MTL and TRY increased significantly in Maocangzhu(A.lancea.)group(P<0.05).The contents of D-xylose and MTL increased significantly in Guancangzhu(A.japonica.)group(P<0.05).The contents of TNF-α,IL-6,IgG and SS in rats with spleen deficiency syndrome significantly decreased in all administration groups(P<0.05).The contents of TNF-α,IL-6 and IgG significantly decreased in Beicangzhu(A.Chinesis.),Chaoxian Cangzhu(A.coreana.)and Baizhu(A.macrocephala)groups(P<0.05).The contents of SS significantly decreased in Beicangzhu(A.Chinesis.)and Baizhu(A.macrocephala)groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Four different sources of Cangzhu(Atractylodes Rhizome)and Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)show certain therapeutic effects on rats with spleen deficiency syndrome.Among them,Beicangzhu(A.Chinesis.)and Chaoxian Cangzhu(A.coreana.)have the best therapeutic effects.Baizhu(A.macrocephala)has the best effect on eliminating gastrointestinal inflammation.The effect of Maocangzhu(A.lancea.)and Guancangzhu(A.japonica.)are not as good as that of the other three herbs.
