柴胡疏肝汤加减联合抗癫痫药治疗癫痫的疗效及安全性Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Efficacyand Safety of Chaihu Shugan Decoction Combined with Antiepileptic Drugs in Treatment of Epilepsy

目的系统评价柴胡疏肝汤加减联合抗癫痫药治疗癫痫的有效性及其安全性。方法制定检索策略,由两名人员独立检索中国知网、维普、万方、CBM、Pub Med数据库,筛选出柴胡疏肝汤加减联合抗癫痫药治疗癫痫的临床随机对照试验(RCT),运用Review Manager 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共有11个RCT入选,包含861例患者。综合分析结果提示,与常规抗癫痫西药组比,柴胡疏肝汤加减联合抗癫痫西药组的总有效率(RR=1.31,95%CI=[1.20,1.43],Z=6.10,P<0.00001)、脑电图改善率(RR=1.45,95%CI=[1.21,1.75],Z=3.94,P<0.0001)均优于抗癫痫药组,不良反应率(RR=0.56,95%CI=[0.35,0.88],Z=2.50,P=0.01)低于抗癫痫西药对照组。结论柴胡疏肝汤加减联合抗癫痫药治疗癫痫的疗效及安全性优于单纯抗癫痫西药,因纳入高质量的文献较少,需要更多的高质量文献进一步证明结果的科学性。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chaihu Shugan Decoction combined with antiepileptic drugs in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods A search strategy was developed.Two people independently searched the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM and PubMed.A randomized controlled clinical trial(RCT)using Chaihu Shugan Decoction combined with antiepileptic drugs in the treatment of epilepsy was screened out,and the Meta-analysis was performed with Review Manager 5.2 software.Results A total of 11 RCTs met the inclusion criteria,including 861 patients.The results of comprehensive analysis showed that the total effective rate(RR=1.31,95%CI=[1.20,1.43],Z=6.10,P<0.00001),EEG improvement rate(RR=1.45,95%CI=[1.21,1.75],Z=3.94,P<0.01)of Chaihu Shugan Decoction combined with anti-epilepsy Western medicine group were better than those of conventional anti-epilepsy Western medicine group,and the adverse reaction rate(RR=0.56,95%CI=[0.35,0.88],Z=2.50,P=0.01)was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion It shows that the efficacy and safety of Chaihu Shugan Decoction combined with antiepileptic drugs in the treatment of epilepsy is better than that of Western medicine alone.Because the quality of the included literature is low,more high-quality literature is needed to further prove the scientificity of the results.
