陈氏盆乐汤治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病对PFIQ-7、PISQ-31评分及血清25-OHD水平的影响

Effect of CHEN’s Penle Decoction on Scores of PFIQ-7 and PISQ-31 and Serum 25-OHD Level in Postpartum Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的探究陈氏盆乐汤治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)对盆底功能影响问卷(PFIQ-7)、性功能调查问卷(PISQ-31)评分及血清25羟维生素D(25-OHD)水平的影响。方法选取2016年5月-2018年10月在医院接受治疗的86例产后PFD患者,按随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组43例患者进行电刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌肉锻炼,观察组43例患者则给予陈氏盆乐汤治疗。对比两组治疗后盆底肌肌力、治疗前后PFIQ-7、PISQ-31评分及血清25-OHD水平。结果治疗后,观察组手测盆底肌肌力、盆底Ⅰ类肌纤维肌电压、盆底Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电压、盆底Ⅰ类肌纤维疲劳度均较对照组高,而盆底Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度则较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PFIQ-7评分较对照组降低,而PISQ-31评分及血清25-OHD水平则较对照组升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论陈氏盆乐汤治疗产后PFD的效果显著,可促进盆底功能恢复,降低盆底功能障碍对其生活水平的影响,提高性生活质量,提升血清25-OHD水平。

Objective To explore the effect of CHEN’s Penle Decoction on scores of PFIQ-7 and PISQ-31 and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-OHD)of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)in women.Methods Eighty-six patients with postpartum PFD treated in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were divided into two groups according to random number table.Forty-three patients in the control group were treated with electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the other forty-three patients in the observation group were treated with CHEN’s Penle Decoction.The pelvic floor muscle strength,scores of PFIQ-7 and PISQ-31 and serum 25-OHD level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor type I muscle fiber voltage,pelvic floor type II muscle fiber voltage and pelvic floor type I muscle fiber fatigue in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and pelvic floor type II muscle fiber fatigue was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PFIQ-7 score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the PISQ-31 score and serum 25-OHD level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of CHEN’s Penle Decoction on postpartum PFD is remarkable.It can promote the recovery of pelvic floor function,reduce the impact of pelvic floor dysfunction on their living standards,improve the quality of sexual life,and raise the level of serum 25-OHD.
