接种4种AM真菌对金佛山方竹生长效应的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用盆栽方式,对金佛山方竹苗接种蜜色无梗囊霉、珠状巨孢囊霉、幼套球囊霉、根内球囊霉等4种AM真菌及其混合菌种,测定接种与未接种金佛山方竹生物量及酶活性差异,比较不同菌种的接种效应。结果显示接种蜜色无梗囊霉的金佛山方竹根系侵染率及生物量最高;接种蜜色无梗囊霉和根内球囊霉处理的菌根相对依赖度分别为28.64%、26.77%,显著高于其他处理。接种处理的各项酶活性生理指标均显著高于不接种处理,其中接种根内球囊霉处理的叶绿素、SOD、POD、可溶性糖含量最高;接种蜜色无梗囊霉处理的硝酸还原酶活性显著高于其处理。这表明接种蜜色无梗囊霉和根内球囊霉对金佛山方竹的促生效果最好。 Four different AM fungi were inoculated into Chimonobambusa utilis,including Acaulospora mellea(Ac.m),Gigaspora margarita(G.m),Glomus etunicatum(G.e),Glomus intraradices(G.i),and their mixtures by pot culture.The microbial strain Mix was used to determine the biomass and enzyme activities of the inoculated and uninoculated Chimonobambusa utilis.The results showed that:after inoculating different AM fungi,the root infection rate and biomass of Ac.m were the highest;the relative dependence of Ac.m and G.i were significantly higher than those of other treatments,28.64%and 26.77%,respectively.The physiological indexes of enzyme activity after inoculating were significantly higher than those of the control group,in which the chlorophyll,SOD,POD and soluble sugar content of G.i treatment were the highest;the nitrate reduction of Ac.m treatment was the highest.Enzyme was significantly higher than other treatments.This indicated that Ac.m and G.i inoculation had the best effect on promoting the growth of Chimonobambusa utilis.
