摘要
为揭示HD-ZIP蛋白家族成员在甘蓝型油菜全基因组中的分布及相关特征,通过生物信息学方法共鉴定出74个HD-ZIP转录因子,分别被定位到甘蓝型油菜的19条染色体和8条随机序列;这74个HD-ZIP蛋白都含有高度保守的HD-ZIP结构域;系统发育进化树将该家族成员聚为4大类;共线性分析发现大部分基因不仅在A和C染色体组间存在共线性,而且在各自染色体组内也存在串联重复事件;基因表达分析发现,大部分HD-ZIP家族基因在根和叶中均有表达,并且在根中表达的基因多于叶片,受到盐胁迫处理时,大部分基因表达量会增加。初步明确了甘蓝型油菜HD-ZIP家族成员结构特点和相关功能,为进一步研究甘蓝型油菜HD-ZIP蛋白家族基因的生物学功能奠定了基础,为油菜抗性育种工作提供科学依据。
In order to expose the distribution and related characteristics of HD-ZIP protein family members in the whole genome of Brassica napus L.,74 HD-ZIP transcription factors were identified by bioinformatics methods,which were mapped to 19 chromosomes of Brassica napus L.and eight random sequences;Ⅰ74 HD-ZIP proteins contain a highly conserved HD-ZIP domain;phylogenetic tree aggregated the family members into main four categories;collinear analysis found that most of the genes were not only in the A and C chromosomes,the collinearity between the groups and tandem repeat events also existed in the respective genomes.Gene expression analysis revealed that most of the HD-ZIP family genes expressed in roots and leaves,however,expression was noted more in the roots than in leaves.Under treatment of salt stress,most of the gene expressions increased.In this paper,the structural characteristics and related functions of the HD-ZIP family members of Brassica napus L.were preliminarily established,which could lay a foundation for further study on the biological functions of Brassica napus L.HD-ZIP protein family genes,and would provide scientific bases for breeding of rapeseed resistance.
