Treatment experience of tactical combat casualty care of US army

目的:探讨美军战术战伤救治经验,以提高我军战伤救治能力。方法:分析美军战术战伤救治的主要特征,理清美军战术战伤救治的组织实施步骤。结果:美军战术战伤救治具有战术性、时效性、合理性特征。结论:我军应加快战伤救治的实践化研究,增强战伤救治延时救护能力,加快研制新型战伤救治装备,重视战伤自救互救训练。

Objective:To evaluate the experience of tactical combat casualty care(TCCC)of US army,in order to improve TCCC ability of our army.Methods:The main characteristics of TCCC of US army was analyzed,and the organization and implementation steps of US army was clarified.Results:The TCCC of US army had the characteristics of tactical,timeliness and rationality.Conclusion:Our army should expedite the research on the practice of TCCC and enhance the ability of delayed treatment,and accelerate the development of new equipments,and pay attention to training for self-rescue and mutual rescue.
