Role of US army emergency physicians in the wartime settings

目的:探讨美军急诊内科医生的战时作用,为我军战时医疗救治团队的构建提供参考。方法:结合美军医生在“持久自由行动”和“伊拉克自由行动”中积累的丰富战场救治经验进行研究。结果:美军急诊内科医生在各级救治机构、重症空运后送、治疗各种疾病和非战场创伤及处理大规模伤亡事件中发挥重要作用。结论:我军战时医疗救治团队应充分发挥内科医生的作用,提高战场救治能力。

Objective:To discuss the emergency physicians who play an important role in wartime and to provide the reference for building our army medical treatment team.Methods:The battlefield treatment experience of US army doctors in operation enduring freedom and operation Iraqi freedom was combined to the research.Results:Emergency physicians played an important role in treatment institutions,air evacuation of critical disease,curing the trauma and dealing with mass casualty.Conclusion:Our army medical treatment team should play a vital role to improve the battlefield treatment capability.
