美军战术战伤救治课程体系的现状与启示

Current status of tactical combat casualty care curriculum system of US army and its revelation

目的:分析美军战术战伤救治(tactical combat casualty care,TCCC)课程体系的现状,为我国制定战伤救治策略提供参考依据。方法:根据美军各级各类人员任务职责的不同,设置了TCCC培训课程体系,包括战伤救治培训目标、内容和方式,该体系已成为多个国家的战场急救培训标准内容。结果:根据部队不同岗位人员的战伤救治职责,结合我军战伤分级救治体系,建立TCCC培训体系,并调整现行的救护技术课程设置。结论:TCCC课程内容为我军建立标准化的战伤救治培训体系带来启示。

Objective:To analyze the current status of the tactical combat casualty care(TCCC)of US army,and to provide reference for developing the war injury treatment system.Methods:The TCCC curriculum system were set up according to responsibilities of different military personnels,it included training target,content and form and thus had become a training standard for countries across the world.Results:According to combat casualty responsibility of different staffs positions,combined with our army combat casualty treatment system,we should build standardized TCCC system,and adjust current treatment technology system.Conclusion:TCCC courses can provide reference and revelation to establish standard of combat casualty care in our army.
