中药治疗围绝经期综合征的机制研究

围绝经期综合征是指妇女在绝经前后由于卵巢功能衰退、体内雌激素波动所致的以植物神经紊乱为主伴有精神心理症状的一类症候群。现代医学在治疗上,主要采用激素治疗,但长期使用的安全性有待进一步评价。而中药在治疗围绝经期综合征上具有独特的优势,方法灵活且疗效显著,越来越受到到医生和患者的认可。目前,中药治疗围绝经期综合征的机制研究成为研究的热点,本研究从中药治疗围绝经期综合征的机制研究着手,从激素内分泌、免疫、细胞凋亡等多个角度来探讨中药治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制,以期为中药治疗围绝经期综合征提供新的思路和方法。

Perimenopausal period syndrome is a kind of syndrome group of females before and after menopause,which is caused by ovarian function decline and estrogen fluctuation in the body.Modern medicine mainly USES hormone therapy,but the safety of long-term use needs further evaluation.However,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,with flexible methods and remarkable curative effects.More and more doctors and patients have accepted it.The mechanism research of Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is becoming a hot spot of research,from the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome research,from the endocrine hormone,immunity,cell apoptosis,and many other angles to explore the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome will provide new ideas and methods.
