摘要
针对某上汽西门子660 MW机组汽轮机启动调试过程中出现的高排温度高切缸运行,投运高加造成轴系振动大,补汽阀投入导致推力瓦温高,高调开度过大造成轴封压力波动,50%甩负荷试验飞升转速偏高以及RB试验导致汽轮机热应力裕度偏低等重大问题,分析了空负荷启动、带负荷试运及重大试验过程中的控制要点,并说明上汽西门子DEH的控制逻辑,也发现了其中存在的问题,并提出了相关解决方案。通过调整启动参数、优化控制方式,修改DEH逻辑以及细化相关操作等措施,逐一解决调试过程中的各种问题。

The control points in the process of no load starting, loading test and major test is analyzed, and explains the control logic of SAIC Siemens DEH, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward the relevant solutions. By adjusting startup parameters, optimizing control methods, modifying DEH logic, and refining related operations, various problems in debugging are solved one by one.
