供热背压式小汽轮机甩负荷分析研究 被引量:2

Analysis and Research of Load Rejection for Heat Supply Back Pressure Small Steam Turbine

摘要 目前,已有多台抽凝机组完成了基于背压小汽轮机的供热改造,但供热改造后的背压机甩负荷试验鲜有研究,尤其甩负荷后对大机运行的影响更是无从得知。基于某350 MW亚临界机组背压机供热改造的整体调试工作,针对进行的背压机50%甩负荷试验,详细描述了试验过程,分析了试验结果。同时,对背压机甩负荷过程中大机的运行参数变化进行了深入研究,试验数据表明该机组供热背压机突然甩负荷,对大机整体系统的影响较小,可满足机组的安全运行。 At present, many condensing units have completed heat supply transformation based on small back pressure steam turbine, but there are few studies on load rejection test of back pressure small steam turbine after heat supply transformation, especially the influence of load rejection on the operation of the large turbine is unknown. Based on the whole commissioning work of heat supply transformation in a 350 MW subcritical unit, it describes the test process and analyzes the test results of 50% load rejection test of small turbine. At the same time, the change of operating parameters of the large turbine in the process of load rejection of the small turbine was studied. The test data showed that the sudden load rejection of small turbine had little impact on the overall system of the large turbine and could meet the safe operation of the unit.
