摘要
某电厂热一次风温度偏高,采用VB语言编程计算改变空预器转向产生的热力经济性影响,结果显示改变空预器旋转方向能有效降低一次风温,同时提高二次风温、降低排烟温度,提高锅炉效率、降低机组供电煤耗,有利于降低炉渣含碳量、降低一次风机耗电量。
The temperature of hot primary air is high in a power plant. The effect of changing the direction of air preheater rotation on thermal economy is calculated with VB language. The results show that changing the direction of air preheater rotation can effectively reduce the temperature of primary air, increase the temperature of secondary air,reduce the temperature of exhaust gas, improve the efficiency of boiler and reduce the coal consumption of power supply of unit. It is beneficial to reduce the carbon content of slag and the power consumption of primary fan.
