高校突发事件网络舆情“蝴蝶效应”的生成、演变及干预

新媒体的发展,有效提升了公众的话语权,拓展了公众的话语空间。高校作为新媒体用户的集聚地,其突发事件极易形成网络舆情“蝴蝶效应”,扰乱正常的教学秩序和师生的学习生活,甚至会给高校造成无法挽回的损失或影响。研究突发事件网络舆情“蝴蝶效应”形成条件以及高校突发事件网络舆情管理工作存在问题,制定科学合理的干预路径,进而规避“蝴蝶效应”的形成,已成为当前高校管理工作面临的新课题、新挑战。

The development of new media has effectively enhanced the public's discourse power and expanded the public's discourse space.As the gathering place of new media users,the university's emergencies are likely to form the"Butterfly Effect"of network public opinion,disrupt the normal teaching order and the learning life of teachers and students,and even cause irreparable loss or influence to the university.It has become a new task and challenge for university management to study the formation conditions of"Butterfly Effect"of network public opinion in emergencies and the problems existing in the management of network public opinion in universities,to formulate a scientific and reasonable intervention path,and then to avoid the formation of"Butterfly Effect".
