摘要
在发展铜文化产业的背景下,根据社会维度、企业维度和个人素质三个维度进行设计影响因素,采用logistic回归模型对工人的工匠精神不足的原因进行实证分析。根据结果有针对性地提出合理化的政策建议。
Under the background of the development of copper culture,this paper designs the influencing factors according to three dimensions of social dimension,enterprise dimension and personal quality,and uses logistic model to analyze the causes of workers'lack of craftsman spirit.According to the results,some reasonable policy suggestions are put forward.
