淮安市公安智慧交通发展的思考

智慧交通技术的应用能全面提升现有交通设施的智能化程度和精准化服务水平,在保障道路交通安全顺畅,营造公正规范执法环境、提供优质高效服务等方面起到重要作用。本文剖析了智慧交通的主要技术及淮安市公安智慧交通现状及不足,针对不足之处提出淮安市智慧交通发展将基于公安“数据大脑”打造先进实用的城市“交通大脑”,实现车路协同、智能出行,系统解决交通拥堵问题。

The application of smart transport technology can comprehensively improve the level of intelligence and precision service of existing transport facilities,which plays an important role in ensuring safe and smooth road traffic,creating a fair and standardized law enforcement environment and providing high-quality and efficient services.This paper analyzed the main technologies of smart transport and the status quo and deficiencies of smart transport in Huai'an City.In view of the shortcomings,it suggested that the development of smart transport in Huai an city would build an advanced and practical urban"traffc brain"based on the public security"data brain"to achieve vehicle-road coordination and intelligent travel so as to solve traffic congestion problem systematically.
