摘要
皮脂腺具有重要生理功能并与多种皮肤疾病相关,体外培养的皮脂腺细胞是重要的皮脂腺功能研究模型。上世纪60年代起,研究者开始皮脂腺细胞的体外分离、培养和永生化工作,迄今取得了较大进展。人永生化皮脂腺细胞的成功建立,有助于促进对痤疮等发病机理的理解和确定未来药物开发的目标,并可将其用作皮脂腺研究的稳定模型。本文对皮脂腺细胞的永生化技术路线、研究进展作以综述。
Sebaceous glands have important physiological functions and sebaceous gland alteration may play a role in the pathogenesis of common skin diseases.Therefore,fundamental research on human sebaceous cell function and control requires human in vitro models.Since the 1960 s,researchers focused on isolated,cultured and immortalized of sebaceous gland cell in vitro,much progress has been made so far.The human sebaceous gland cell culture model offers unique possibilities for further fascinating investigations into the function of the sebaceous gland and the role of this gland in acne.Moreover this model also serves as an adequate tool for evaluation of the pharmacological properties of new anti-acne compounds.Here,we describe the principle of immortalization of human sebaceous cell in advances.
