井下单总线传输特性及电路设计

摘要 针对井下较严酷环境下的信号通讯场合,分析了井下单总线信号传输的特性,提出了一种小体积的单总线通讯电路。说明了电路的硬件设计原理,描述了控制、处理软件的程序结构。该电路具有设计简单、工作可靠、控制灵活的特点。通过软件升级,可以使此单总线通讯电路具有自动检错和纠错的功能,从而适用于更加恶劣的工作环境及提高正确传输性能。 The paper analyzes the characteristics of the underground single-bus signal transmission in the harsh environment,and proposes applying a small-sized single-bus communication circuit.Then,the hardware design principle of the circuit is illustrated and the program structure of the control and processing software is described.The circuit is characterized by simple design,reliable operation and flexible control.With the upgraded software,the circuit can automatically detect and correct errors,so it can be applied to the worse working environment to transmit signals accurately.
