As an important carrier for the integration of production and education and the cooperation between the universities and the enterprises,setting up the production training bases in the universities is an effective way to cultivate students withhigh-quality technics and abilities.This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems in the school training bases and proposes the operation mechanism for them.
