摘要 目前线路反外损领域存在多发性、突发性和不确定性问题,直接导致巡检的人力投入不足、巡检效率低下、监督机制无效,以及运维管理成本较高,巡检投入产出比低。解决这些难点,可以通过电力物联网+区块链的思路实现,采用社交网络激励、社会设备主人激励和抢单激励机制,在区块链运维的技术框架中,重构了输电线路反外损的管理体系。 The operation and inspection of external damage of power grid is becoming more and more difficult,mainly reflected in the uncertainty of risk and insufficient manpower.At present,most of the on-site inspection rely on human inspection since new technology cannot respond to unexpected situations,which lead insufficient human input,low efficiency of inspection,invalid supervision mechanism,high operation and maintenance management cost,and high inspection input-output ratio.In this paper,we proposed a power Internet of Things+blockchain system.By mobilized the social forces around power facilities,we propose an inspection framework to encourage people upload photos of external damage.To ensure the incentive system operation,we use three incentives i.e.social network incentive,social equipment owner′s incentive,and grab incentives.This method provides a new insight against external damage of power grid and is hopefully to be used in reconstruction inspection system.
