新冠疫情大考下长三角电力应急能力建设启示

Enlightenment From the Yangtze River Delta Power Emergency Capacity Building Tested by the Covid-19Epidemic

基于国网上海市电力公司、国网江苏省电力有限公司和国网浙江省电力有限公司联合推出的《长三角一体化发展示范区电力行动白皮书》(2020年),指出要探索示范区应急联动机制。在梳理电力行业在新冠疫情应急管理方面亮点的基础上,分析了新冠疫情后加强电力应急能力建设的必要性,提出了加强长三角电力应急能力建设的建议。

The White Paper on Power Action of Demonstration Zones for Integrated Development of Yangtze River Delta(2020)jointly launched by State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company,State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,and State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,points out that the emergency linkage mechanism of demonstration zones should be explored.Based on the analysis of the highlights of the power industry in the Covid-19emergency management,the necessity of strengthening the power emergency capacity building after Covid-19was analyzed,and suggestions for strengthening the power emergency capacity building in the Yangtze River Delta were put forward.
