摘要
结合黄渡站改造工程,阐述了承插型盘扣式脚手架在高大模板支撑中的设计与施工情况,总结了盘扣式脚手架相比其他脚手架在本工程中体现的优势。实践证明,通过合理的设计与施工过程控制,承插型盘扣式脚手架的使用能够在保证安全可靠的前提下,减少现场脚手架用钢量,加快施工进度并保证施工质量。
Combined with the reconstruction project of Huangdu station,this paper expounds the design and construction of the bell-spigot bearing-insertion scaffold in high and large formwork support system,and summarizes the advantages of the bell-spigot bearing-insertion scaffold over other scaffolds in this project.Practice has proved that,through reasonable design and construction process control,the use of bell-spigot bearing-insertion scaffold can reduce the amount of steel used in the site scaffold under the premise of ensuring safety and reliability,accelerate the construction progress and ensure the construction quality.
