Implementation and Sustainability Evaluation for 110kV and Below Distribution Network Project

以国网上海市电力公司A供电公司2016—2018年110kV及以下配电网项目为例,对项目实施过程中的前期决策和可研阶段进行了评价,评价可得从可研、初设两阶段看,初设与可研阶段偏差均控制在7%以内。对项目可持续性进行了评价,评价得到项目技术、管理等方面均具有可持续性;项目的规划目标、规划方法具有可重复性。

The 110kV and below distribution network project of State Grid Shanghai Pudong Power Supply Company from 2016to 2018is taken as an example.The preliminary decision-making and feasibility study stage of the project implementation process are evaluated.The evaluation can be seen from the two stages of feasibility study and preliminary design,and the deviation between the preliminary design and feasibility stage is controlled within 7%.The project sustainability was evaluated,and the evaluation showed that the project technology and management were sustainable.The planning objectives and methods of the project are repeatable.
