摘要
换流阀作为直流输电系统的核心设备,其运行时产生的高热量对系统来说是巨大隐患。阀水冷系统通过密闭的循环系统,可以恰到好处地吸收高热量,稳定换流阀整体温度。结合A站一起主泵切换隐患引起的直流闭锁事件,对水冷控制系统切泵原理做出详细分析,排查了事故原因,并给其他换流站水冷控制系统的隐患排查提供了指导。
The converter valve is the core equipment of the HVDC system,but the high heat generated by the converter valve during operation is a great hidden danger to the system.Through the closed circulation system,valve water cooling system can properly absorb high heat,stablize the overall temperature of the valve.Combined with the DC blocking accident caused by the hidden trouble of main pump switching in Station A,the pump cutting principle of water-cooling control system is analyzed in detail,and the cause of accident is checked,providing guidance for detecting the hidden trouble of water-cooling control system of other converter stations.
