应用德尔菲法研制腰椎间盘突出症者PRO量表

Application of the Delphi Method to Develop a PRO Scale for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的研制适用于我国腰椎间盘突出症领域的患者报告结局量表,用于提高以患者为中心,在辨证施护实践下腰椎间盘突出症者的护理效果及患者自我评价效果。方法课题组在查阅大量文献的基础上运用德尔菲专家咨询法,选取13位专家进行咨询,专业领域涉及骨科专科、临床护理、护理管理等。通过二轮专家咨询,整理收集专家对课题的建议和要求,最终确定量表的内容和结构。结果两轮专家咨询后形成专家一致性意见,两次专家咨询调查表回收率均为100%,均为有效咨询,专家权威系数为0.825。第二轮专家咨询后,专家意见趋于一致,初步形成预量表,其中删除2个条目,补充1个条目,拆分1个维度,最终确立5个维度,33个条目。结论研制了基于辨证施护原则下腰椎间盘突出症PRO量表,该量表专家权威程度高、意见集中程度高,可用于临床进一步完善护理效果评价模式。

Objective To develop a patient report outcome scale for the field of lumbar disc herniation in China,to improve the nursing effect and patient self-evaluation effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation under the practice of syndrome differentiation.Methods On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,the research team used the Delphi expert consultation method and selected 13 experts for consultation.The professional field involved orthopedics,clinical nursing,and nursing management.Through two rounds of expert consultation,collect and collect experts’suggestions and requirements for the subject,and finally determine the content and structure of the scale.Results After the second round of expert consultation,the consensus opinion of the experts was formed.The recovery rate of the second expert consultation questionnaire was 100%,all of which were valid consultations.The expert authority coefficient was 0.825.After the second round of expert consultation,the expert opinions tend to be consistent,and a pre-measurement table is initially formed,in which two items are deleted,one item is added,one dimension is split,and five items of 33 dimensions are finally established.Conclusion The PRO scale for lumbar disc herniation based on the principle of syndrome differentiation was developed.The scale expert has high authority and high concentration of opinions,which can be used to further improve the evaluation model of nursing effect.
