慢性阻塞性肺疾病以络论治研究进展概述及病机治法探究

Construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Differentiation and Treatment System of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Based on Collateral Diseases Theory

该文通过对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)以络论治的科学性与可行性进行论述,及对基于络病理论中医药治疗COPD的理论研究、动物及临床研究进展予以总结与概述,并对纳入的相关最新研究所涉及到的中药复方进一步整理归纳,采用因子分析的方法归纳治则与治法,运用关联分析探究用药规律,进而为临床辨治及处方遣药提供参考,最后基于以上结合笔者经验提出肺虚络损、邪气阻络为COPD的病理本质,补肺通络为COPD的基本治法,当贯穿疾病进展的始终,以期为今后以络论治COPD提供参考。

This paper discusses the scientificity and feasibility of treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with collaterals,summarizes and summarizes the theoretical research,animal and clinical research progress of treating COPD with traditional Chinese medicine based on collaterals theory,and further summarizes the relevant latest research involved in traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription,uses the method of factor analysis to summarize the treatment principles and methods,and uses the correlation analysis to explore based on the experience of the author,this paper puts forward that lung deficiency and collaterals damage,evil Qi blocking collaterals are the pathological essence of COPD,and tonifying lung and collaterals is the basic treatment of COPD.When the disease progresses throughout,it is expected to provide a reference for the treatment of COPD with collaterals in the future.
