《黄帝内经》咳病研究

Study on Cough Disease in Inner Canon of Huangdi

咳证在《黄帝内经》中有明确记载,是一个单独的病证,在其它疾病中也可作为一个症状或一组证候出现,病位在肺,涉及五脏六腑。因外邪侵袭,正气不足,肌表卫外无力,外邪循经入肺。五脏各自感受当令之气,因个体差异不同而成致病邪气,邪气循经犯肺,出现五脏咳,日久不愈转为六腑咳。咳证病情复杂,寒热交错,虚实兼夹。治疗五脏咳者需针刺其输穴,六腑咳者需针刺其合穴,浮肿者需针刺其经穴。后世医家确立了辛温发散、开郁润燥、甘润养阴、温润凉润等用药之法。文章就《内经》咳证的因机证治进行探讨。

Cough syndrome is clearly recorded in the Inner Canon of Huangdi.It is a single disease syndrome,but it can also be found as a symptom or a group of symptoms in other diseases.The disease is located in the lung and involves the five-Zang and six-Fu.Due to the invasion of the visiting pathogen,the vital Qi is insufficient,and the defensive Qi of the muscle surface layer is weak,so the visiting pathogen enters the lung along the meridians.The five-Zang is sensitive to the Qi of the seasons respectively,pathogenic Qi conformed because of the individual differences,which invades the lung along the channels,then the cough of five-Zang appears after that,and it will turn into cough of six-Fu organs if it’s not be cured after a long time.Cough syndrome is complicated,accompanying intermingled cold and hot,and deficiencyexcess complication.To cure the cough of five-Zang,it is necessary to acupuncture its Shu point,to the cough of six-Fu need to acupuncture their He point,and the patients with edema should be acupunctured their Jing point.Later generations of doctors have established the methods of using formula for relieving superficies syndrome with pungent and warm natured drugs,opening depression and moisten dryness,with sweet flavor to nourish Yin,using warm or cool character and so on.The article discusses the treatment of cough syndrome in Inner Canon of Huangdi due to the etiology and pathogenesis.
