黄芪为临床最常用中药,古有"补药之长"之称。现代药理学研究表明黄芪总皂苷属三萜皂苷类化合物,为黄芪的主要活性成分之一,具有免疫调节、器官保护、抗病毒等多种药理活性。该文综述黄芪总皂苷药理作用,以期为黄芪总皂苷的临床应用与开发研究提供依据。

Astragalus membranaceus is one of the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,it is known as the"best tonic".Modern pharmacy studies have shown that total astragalus saponins are a kind of triterpenoid saponins,which is one of the main active constituents of Astragalus membranaceus.It has many pharmacological activities such as immune regulation,multiple organ protection and antiviral activity.The review summarizes the pharmacological effects of total astragalus saponins aimed to provide a basis for the clinical application and further development of total astragalus saponins.
