摘要
对孤独症儿童进行干预和训练的专业性和复杂性对其教师的专业能力带来了重大的挑战,而我国孤独症教师专业技能培训的相关研究和实践均较为有限。本研究对国外孤独症儿童教师技能培训的实验研究进行系统综述,归纳其在培训规模、培训内容、培训方式以及培训效果评价等方面的现状和特征,在此基础上提出对我国孤独症教师培养和培训的借鉴和启示。
The professionalism and complexity of intervention and training for children with autism have brought significant challenges to the professional competence of their teachers.Meanwhile,the relevant research and practice of professional skills training for teachers of autistic children in China are relatively limited.This paper reviewed the studies on skills training for teachers of children with autism abroad and summarized its current situation and characteristics in terms of training scale,content,methods and effect evaluation.Implications for practice in China were discussed.
